In August 2010, Channel Cutter Yachts was featured in Cruising World, the world’s go-to magazine for sailing, boat building, and yachting. The story featured a remarkable account of the life of Bryan Gittins, owner of Channel Cutter Yachts, who’s travelled the world in pursuit of his life’s passion: Building high-quality, ocean-ready yachts.
As World Cruising tells it, “After extensive world cruising that included the Marquesas, Chile, Cape Horn, Argentina and Africa, Bryan returned to Canada. He secured the exclusive, worldwide rights to build the Falmouth Cutter 34 — a boat Lyle Hess called ‘the best boat that I’ve ever designed.'”
The Cruising World story also includes a review of Bryan’s exceptional and proprietary Falmouth Cutter 34. They called it, “a masterstroke of design exquisitely executed by a dedicated artisan.”

I have been following your work for a few years now and absolutely adore your work. Being originally from just across the water from where you are now I am also quite jealous of your setting. Please keep up your craft and I truly hope the day will come when I can become a proud owner of one of your works of art.
